That's the beauty of it -- distilling your list of favorites down to only 10.
But 15 is NOT a lot of songs and hard enough...but to me there's still a difference between 15 and 10. Like a lot of others here, I have a gargantuan record collection. In sheer numbers 15 may well be a much smaller portion of the songs I know and love than 10 might be of somebody else's.
It's why I can't do these things, I pull my hair out...choosing 15 songs I love the most can be, on any given day, the most important thing I ever do.
