He knows to do it but 100% of his focus was on the pitch and his windup takes his eyes off the hitter and he caught him late and completely shocked him.

and Cueto or Leake for game 4 if needed. If Cueto can not go they will take him off the roster for Leake

If we replace Cueto on the roster he is ineligible for the NLCS. If he's not seriously hurt it'll be a huge gamble not to replace him.
