Ryan's group sues Rangers for bidding rights
I'm not terribly well versed on bankruptcy law, but from a layman's view, I wouldn't think a restructuring officer should have the authority to open the bidding back up after an agreement was reached. Perhaps that's not the case. But it does seem this lawsuit has a lot of merit.
