I would prefer Kearns 4th, Edwin 5th, and Hatte 6th, but overall not a bad lineup.
Re: 4/30/06 - Reds vs. Astros Game Thread
When are we going to get a glimpse of Cody Ross as a starter? Tuesday?
Re: 4/30/06 - Reds vs. Astros Game Thread
Why don't they move Phillips up in the order? Even with his power, I think he could do well in the 2 hole. And when Grif gets back, is there any chance of him hitting leadoff when Freel is on the bench??
Re: 4/30/06 - Reds vs. Astros Game Thread
Did they add TV coverage today?
Re: 4/30/06 - Reds vs. Astros Game Thread
I have an Inflatable Broom called "The Sweep". One of my friends invented it and sold them for a while.

No local TV coverage today. People outside the local area can get the Astros broadcast on Extra Innings.
Re: 4/30/06 - Reds vs. Astros Game Thread
This will be a tough one to win, because Buchholz is tough.

EE deserves to hit fourth right now. Kearns deserves to hit sixth based upon performance.

Based on a couple of starts?
Even the Lizard piched well last game.
Buchholz might keep piching well, but 2 starts deosn't make you Ozwalt quite yet. I think he beat the Brewers and the Pirates. The Reds hit much better. We'll see how he does, but he does have good potential.
