Why is this guy complaining? It's not like the restaurant is in Cincinnati. It's hundreds of miles away in a different city. I doubt he's going to lose any business. Does this guy think he owns some sort of nationwide trademark?

The Precinct is an established brand with nationwide recognition.

Hard to make me side with Jim Edmonds or anything associated with that whining franchise, but there's nothing wrong with naming a restaurant in St. Louis "Precinct."
