The shelf life of Bailey's Irish Cream?
Their website claims pure taste for two years regardless if it's been refrigerated, just so long as it's been stored at a constant temperature (including room temp). They also claim it's ok to drink so long as it's not lumpy/chunky. They don't specify between opened/unopened bottles though.
Meanwhile, I've got an opened bottle (roughly two-thirds of a handle remaining) of the stuff sitting under the shelf that's five years old. I haven't touched it in probably four years. Most likely it's going down the drain since I'm not interested in getting sick, but I was just curious ...
I'm in the same situation with my bottle of Bailey's. It's been opened and unrefrigerated for a year. Fortunately, Bailey's is one of the lesser expensive liqueurs to replace on the off chance it has gone bad.

I learned that the hard way
Not everyone appreciates our truth.
As little children they teach us to tell the truth, not long after that we learn that, that is subject to change and it becomes situational to some listeners, who knew?. ;)

Change tools from the reciprocating saw to something with a little better control when tearing out around the water line.

Used to make a coffee drink w/ Bailey's, kahlua and 151 rum. That rum will kill any bacteria growing in the Bailey's....but you still get the zing from the extra fermentation

Just because they are family doesn't mean they might not be unstable nut-jobs.
Rules, boundaries and limitations work as well for said nut-jobs as they do canines.

Lesson I learned in Junior, don't quit something in a snit assuming they'll beg you to come back. It was a great life lesson, but when the band played the variety show without me, yikes there was a lesson. We're all generally replacable.

Living in an area where everyone agrees with you politically and ideologically is not necessarily the greatest thing ever. It tends to lead to brain shutoff.

Can Mac's still interface with Alien spaceships?

Wear gloves, it makes you look real busy.
