Tiger also bogeyed the 11th before putting it in the water on the 12th, so he's already back to +4 for the tournament. This hole could really set him back if he doesn't limit the damage.

He's got a long putt, this could be a double for Tiger. Plus 6 is going to make it difficult for this weekend, well he probably has to worry about making the cut, I think it's at +7 right now.
Re: The Masters - Discussion thread
Well he made his putt for 4.

That's what's incredible about Tiger. When he absolutely needs it the most, he makes it. He makes whatever shot he needs to make in that situation, whether it be a putt, a drive, a shot around the green, whatever. He makes it. And I'm always in awe when he does it.

Yeah me too. And he made a perfect drive on 13.
Re: The Masters - Discussion thread
Vijay's ball on 12 landed in almost exactly the same place Tiger's did, but his stayed out of the water. I was shocked.
Re: The Masters - Discussion thread
Tiger in the water on 13.

Tiger is going to be getting very close to the cut line currently projected at +7.

Well he made a great chip to put it to 3-5 ft for par, I think he makes that. And he's like -27 for his career on #14. I think he'll finish +2 or 3.
Re: The Masters - Discussion thread
Mickelson bogies hole 1 to go to +5.
Re: The Masters - Discussion thread
Ian Poulter looks like a damn banana slug...
Re: The Masters - Discussion thread
If the cut line is +8, there will be a huge field making the cut. This is a problem with possible overnight frost warnings which will delay the start times.
Re: The Masters - Discussion thread
Villegas reminds me of Mango from Saturday Night Live, as well.
Re: The Masters - Discussion thread
Tiger birdied the 15th, a Par 5 that he has owned in his career. He needed that badly. He's back at +4 for the tournament, which is now tied for 30th. He can't lose a stroke the rest of the way, IMO. He needs to keep it right where it is and he'd be in real good shape if he could finish today at +3.
