Foghorns. I live between Golden Gate Park and the Golden Gate Bridge. On foggy days there's a call-and-response between at least three of them.

A finely manicured baseball field on a sunny day, with water from sprinklers glistening in the sunlight.
When I was younger, I used to love Saturday morning games and getting there early where there was still morning dew on the grass.
Just about anything from my youth, when it comes to baseball, makes me smile.

Watching that video on the news last night in the Utah elementary school where they were doing show and tell and this little girl was showing pictures of her Daddy, who is currently away serving in the military. They set her up because they had Daddy there for a surprise reunion. Seeing that little girl (cute as a button) run and jump into his arms and yell "This is my Daddy!" to everyone in the class brought tears to my eye (it really did).
