The official RedsZone Consumer Reports thread
This thread is for RedsZone members to share their consumer experiences with businesses, national or online, that other RedsZone members may find useful.
I'd like to draw some attention to my negative experience with the online print company OvernightPrints.com.
I ordered 100 business cards. Paid for expedited shipping. Today, I received someone else's order of 500 business cards. When I contacted customer support, they let me know that my order was also sent to the incorrect address, and they offered to reprint my cards, deliver them 4-5 days later, and refund me the $6 different between expedited shipping and standard shipping. When I asked for a full shipping refund and/or a refund of a portion of my order cost, they said they would not do that.
I then went online and saw their Yelp page: http://www.yelp.com/biz/overnight-prints-louisville and realized that my experience is not uncommon. Buyer beware.
Re: The official RedsZone Consumer Reports thread
Yes, but the cards themselves, were they a subtle off-white? Was the lettering raised? Was it Silian Rail? Did they have a watermark?

Re: The official RedsZone Consumer Reports thread
What makes this thread "official"?
I'm not consumer reporting in this thread until I get a ruling on the officialness of the thread.
Re: The official RedsZone Consumer Reports thread
I thought this thread was about Consumer Reports, the magazine/website.
Re: The official RedsZone Consumer Reports thread
The thread title has "official" with a lower case o. I can not consider this to be official.
Re: The official RedsZone Consumer Reports thread
Larry sent me the $25 required to call this an official thread. It can continue.

I thought Boss had to throw a leech into fire and speak the words "Official Thread".

Those were the old rules. Ever since Coombs drove the leeches out of North America, you either have to find a penny or send $25 to a board member who has been here since the Milton era.

I think the Dos Equis "World's most interesting man" is a Jim Coombs wannabee.

Talk about false advertising. I drank 12 of those and instead of becoming interesting I just became an a-hole.
