This was genius on MLB's part. I don't know why they didn't do it sooner, excepting some moral obligation they had to ensure that some of us might get something done in life, ever.
Cold chills and goosebumps are already maxed out. Baseball is the greatest game ever. Thanks for the link.
I was at that game. I can remember the date, without even looking it up. Furthest ball I've ever seen hit. 535 feet.
Thanks woy for posting that link. I love getting to watch Dunn's first MLB homer. And the Joe Oliver clip is one of my favorites, along with Al Michael's call of the wild pitch to win the Pennant.
It's the universal thing of being a Reds fan. It can be the 60's or the 90's, we all have this passonate streak. It just.... is.
That ED highlight took me back the exact spot of the hotel I was working at in Modesto California at the time....sneaking away from work to watch the game in the bar before it opened.
Pure bliss.
Nice work woy
Somewhere, I have a scorecard for that game. Man, if only Dunner could have kept himself in the shape he was in when he was 21, instead of gaining 50-75lbs.Quote:

Is there any video of Eric Davis robbing Jack Clark? I'd like to see that again.
Goodness Dunn let his body get sloppy when he got to the majors.
