I have Fox Soccer in my basic package (I can pay extra if I want their second channel, Fox Soccer Plus). I also have NBCSportsNet in my basic package, probably because NBCUniversal and Comcast have a boatload of networks they can package to entice carriers to put it in the basic tier. What does Al Jazeera offer besides BeIn and Al Jazeera America that will get cable carriers to not only pick it up, but offer it in the main tier rather than sticking it in some premium tier?
