Re: The Trade Idea That Just Won't Die
Krusty is like Beetlejuice, say his name enough times and he shows up.
;)
Hi Kruster!
Re: The Trade Idea That Just Won't Die
After watching Stanton this series, I no longer want to trade for him.
Is he really that bad in the outfield or just playing bad hoping to get traded?

Can we please just finally kill this trade idea? Oh crap... I just posted on the thread, which means I'm prolonging its life!

Stanton got tired of reading these redundant threads.
Re: The Trade Idea That Just Won't Die
I don't think he cares with this team. I would still trade for him in a heartbeat if the right deal opened up.
Re: The Trade Idea That Just Won't Die
Parra for Stanton :laugh::lol:;)

Saw a link where he was their defensive player of the year.

Lutz,Garrett,Stephenson,H-Rod,and Freeman for 3 years of Stanton?
Ludicrous.
Add Chapman to that list and I'd still probably do it.

For those who didn't read the article, here is the proposed trade by the writer for Stanton:
Reds give up.....
Lutz (future ML OFer)
Choice: Amir Garrett or Ismael Guillon (LH Starter)
Choice: Corcino, Stephenson or Travieso (RH Starter)
Henry Rodriguez (major league ready IFer)
Choice: Freeman, Lotzkar, or Carlos Contreras (future Closer)
Reds get.......
STANTON

There is a mass quantity of guys in that proposal. But aside from the RH starter choice, everyone listed would be viewed as a throw-in guy with most trades. It would take some more quality to get the trade done...otherwise that offer could be topped.
