Wouldn't it seem like a major league club would want their minor leaguers playing in ballparks that were as neutral as possible so that they could more properly evaluate them?
I am sure they would like that, but you can't always have it. Especially in a new park where you simply don't know how it is going to play.

Is that why we have park factors and adjusted OPS? Understanding that there isn't data for Pennsecola but make a comparison and do the math if its that important to evaluating players.

With minor leaguers, I doubt there are many teams out there using their stats to determine much in their evaluation.
But yeah, it is why we have park factors and other such things, to try and even the playing field when looking at the stats.
