Old-timey splits
I have a hypothesis that Gehrig, Ruth, Mantle, Maris, Granderson, and many other Left Handed Yankees' HR numbers are distorted by how close the right field seats used to be and still are in Yankee stadium.
Using splits from last season it is pretty obvious that the closer wall helped Granderson to the tune off at least 5 homers, however i can't find home and away splits, or graphs showing to which side of the field players hit most of their HRs to until the 70's.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a site that has those splits? (I've already looked at Fangraphs and BR, but if i didn't look hard enough let me know)
