We just felt one here in the NE part of Vermont.

I am on the third floor in Springdale and didn't feel it. We are so close to 275 that I write off most shaking as traffic so I probably did and just ignored it.
I've been in West Chester all afternoon and I didn't feel anything.
It happened at 1:41pm. I didn't notice it
I have a friend that lives in Ottawa, Ontario. Said it caused a complete and utter panic up there.
