He did go downhill after leaving Cincy but in 1981 he OPS'd .891. You would think they could have have got more than they did. At least one everyday player that could have approached .700 OPS.

Wagner drafted fairly well. But I cannot think of any trade he "won" other than Landestoy for Franco, which turned out to be one of the best trades in franchise history.
