Ok, so far on this PAGE...
Dorn>Gomes
Dickerson>Stubbs
Balentein>Bruce
Corky>Hernandez,Hanigan
In another thread today, Cozart>Cabrera
Geez, you have to wonder if the Bats would be ahead of the Cards right now.

Did he get picked off trying to slide back into a base feet first? When that happens we will know he is ready.

Where did I say that? I'm saying if all 3 came up tomorrow and were in the lineup they would outproduce what gomes/stubbs/bruce have done over the last month or two as a whole.
Re: Wednesday July 28, 2010 - Minor League Updates
I think there is a very realistic chance that Dickerson could out hit Stubbs right now.
The others not really. Now, Alonso is another story. Has it pretty much been ruled out that he could play left field? With how he's hitting I certainly wouldn't mind him platooning with Gomes in left if he capable out there.

The way they're hitting, I wouldn't be surprised if they would be.

Joseph and Freeman have worked well together this year for the Hillcats in closing games but they were both human last night.
Re: Wednesday July 28, 2010 - Minor League Updates
I have been really impressed with Yonder these last few months...guy is ripping the cover off the ball....I have not seen him these last few months in person, but someone that has told me he looks like a different player out there...If he can get hot and finish around .300, then I see him being a player that either gets dealt in the offseason, or he forces the Reds to keep him once ST starts....lets face it, the guy has talent, just a matter if the light was ever going to come on....and it appears it might be starting to flicker.

this is what many expected this offense to be nearly all season. It took 'em a while to finish spring/summer training. :O)
