I was offered Tejada (big upgrade over vizquel) for Oswalt. My initial thought is to go for it but Tejada is still on the interstate.

I'd say it depends on your pitching depth. If you've got several other good starters, then I'd really have to think about it. Plus, what are your league's statistical categories? You should determine whether or not pitching is more valuable than offense, or vice versa.
