This play by Jeter has to make the list.
I also encourage younger RZ members to go and check out some Keith Hernandez video. The best I've ever seen at first base.

Ordonez is the best defender I have ever seen. Ozzie was past his prime by the time I was old enough to really start paying attention and Ozzie, while not playing in the dark ages, didn't exactly play in the day of video for the early part of his career either.
How good was Ordonez at defense? The guy was a no average, no power Major Leaguer who had a starting lineup figure. Career .600 OPS. Had a freaking action figure.
I will admit freely that I own said action figure.
Probably my favorite:

Couldn't find it on it's own, but 1:09 is one that I never see anyone bring up but was flat out incredible.

He did all kinds of crazy stuff like that. Saw him once jump up on top of the CAL fence, hold himself there with his armpit braced on the wall, and reached about 4 feet beyond the fence to bring the ball back in. I've done all kinds of searches for it on the internet, but have never been able to find video of it. I think I might have it on an old VHS somewhere in the house. I used to take a bunch of random baseball stuff (like TWIB and the pregame stuff for Saturday game of the week) when I was a kid in the 70s and 80s.
Way before my time, but you can't forget the Say Hey Kid:

May not be the best of all time but I always think of it when people start talking about catches
