Yes, that too. Except for the fact that the umps were apparently searching for a balk to call (maybe to meet a quota) and Latos getting squeezed. Latos has looked better, but come on people.

I don't think anyone was overreacting. It's just not the ideal beginning to your start to throw 30+ pitches and balk in a run.
