Re: 5/25/13 Redlegs v. Cub-paws
Three fewer LHH in the Chicago lineup than the seven Arroyo had to face.
Probably a good thing.
Re: 5/25/13 Redlegs v. Cub-paws
Time for Travis Wood to take a drive down reality Highway, much like Feldman did last night.
Travis Wood has a xFIP of 4.58 with an ERA of 2.24.
He's striking out less guys, but has a BABIP .193 and a HR/FB rate of 6.5%.
A little dose of correction is in order.

I can't figure out how to post it here directly, but check out C. Trent's version of our lineup today. LOVE IT!

Well, a similar post worked last night
Re: 5/25/13 Redlegs v. Cub-paws
Bailey loses the free-swinging Rizzo.
Re: 5/25/13 Redlegs v. Cub-paws
Homer Bailey faces four in the first inning. Walked the third, all others retired, including one strikeout.
Re: 5/25/13 Redlegs v. Cub-paws
F8 from Soriano. Headed to the Reds' half.
Re: 5/25/13 Redlegs v. Cub-paws
i'd like to see choo get back into the groove today...
Re: 5/25/13 Redlegs v. Cub-paws
Votto strikes out and the Reds go down 1-2-3 in the first.
Re: 5/25/13 Redlegs v. Cub-paws
Man, this game is intense. So far we've had a ball hit Bailey on the leg and Bruce & Choo collide in the outfield running down a catch.
Re: 5/25/13 Redlegs v. Cub-paws
Choo had it in his mind to run that ball down! But he should have called out.

Yep. And they most definitely didn't go down 1-2-3 in the second.

How about throwing one in the dirt?
