20 games to close out the month...17 on the road.
What they do with these 20 games, especially the 17 on the road, will determine the rest of the season, imo.
Part of the equation involves the front office....with it stand pat or or bring in some help?
Don't look now but the Washington Nationals are finally playing much better. Now 46-42. Only 4 behind Cincy in the loss column.
Bottom line is, if this team plays like has since the end of May they'll be on the outside looking in going into September. Something has to be done if at all possible.
If this team doesn't make the playoffs that has to be it for Dusty.
