What's up with the Emery Theater in Over the Rhine?

I went to several shows last fall there during Midpoint Music Festival and the theater ended up being my favorite place of all. I was really disappointed no acts where there this year and I think the festival suffered very significantly for it.

Then I heard about the legal battle between UC and the group in charge of developing it. Sounds like its getting nasty, but I can't find any more news about (thank god the local news sites all got a pay wall).

Does anyone know what the status over the dispute is, or care to guess what the future of the building is? It's one of the most amazing spaces in the city, it needs to get its doors open again ASAP.
