I don't like to spread rumors, but I understand that Drew Hayes said that if Gabriel Rosa makes the Redszone list before he does, he's demanding a trade. It may be too late, and it may be pandering, but I'm going with him in hopes of easing an unfortunate situation.

Josh Ravin trying to avoid getting any more votes, today v. Angels.

Josh Fellhauer. Lefty may be a platoon guy, but he hits well, has good plate discipline and can play all three outfield spots.

Doug, what's your take on Moscot? Seems to have a good pedigree, good stuff and good results to date. Is he close on your list?

I actually have him at #30, but have Fellhauer at 27.

Noted on Doug's fine site this morning (http://redsminorleagues.com/2013/03/...-blaze-roster/) that Moscot may leap Dayton and start in Bakersfield. If so, it might suggest that the Reds think very highly of him. I'm starting to do the same, the more I hear.
That said, I'm still on Hayes because I think he has earned his place.

Would you agree that Moscot has the higher ceiling? Can you just give me your general views of him? I don't know much other than some scouting reports, his 2012 minor league numbers and the fact that he is a fourth rounder.

Moscot, Contreras and probably Fellhauer should be higher on this list. They may not have the name recognition of some of the others but I think all three should be well within the top 30. As mth has pointed out, possibly Pedro Diaz too.

Moscot does have the higher ceiling because there is a chance he can be a solid every day starter, where as Fellhauer is just a 400 at bat type of outfielder because he doesn't hit lefties.

Hmm, I just saw that Diaz wasn't voted for yet. I change my vote to him. Didn't notice he was still out there.
