Yeah, that's what I mean. I'm rooting for the Padres to win so we'll gave two one game playoffs.

None whatsoever. Losing at worst means they play the Reds and avoid the west coast and the SF Staff. At best it means two play-offs and a likely used up opponent.
Re: September Scoreboard Watching
Wow. All the sudden the Phillies have come back. It is now 8-7 Braves in the 8th.
Re: September Scoreboard Watching
Phillies have runners on 2nd and 3rd with 2 outs.
Re: September Scoreboard Watching
Phillies strand 2 but have scored 5 in the last 2 innings. 8-7 Braves mid 8th.
Re: September Scoreboard Watching
Big argument in San Francisco as Torres the Giants leadoff hitter doubled down the line. It hit the chalk but they called it foul.
Re: September Scoreboard Watching
That is a huge miscall in a game this big. That is where replay would really help on a call like that.

You're right, that wasn't even close. Not even a little bit.
Re: September Scoreboard Watching
MLB Network is showing the SD v SF game right now.
Re: September Scoreboard Watching
All this drama and I'm stuck with a nearly meaningless Yankees/Red Sox game.
Re: September Scoreboard Watching
Braves have runners on 1st and 2nd with no outs in the bottom of the 8th.

Sorry for you, but I love the sound of that. :D
Re: September Scoreboard Watching
McCann strikes out. 2 on with 1 out in Atlanta. Now Heyward steals 3rd. 1st and 3rd.

I love the MLB Network. Wish everyone could get it.

Next year. The blackout rules scared me off, but the other programming and games like these sound like its worth it.
