Thanks for the updates OBM. Has Turner and or Dorn arrived in Billings yet?

Re: June 23 minor league updates
Any truth to the rumor that Ward will be promoted between the 5th and 6th innings?
Re: June 23 minor league updates
Ward needs to be in Sarasota
Re: June 23 minor league updates
Ward has now retired 13 in a row. He isn't getting his normal 12 groundouts and two flyouts tonight like he usually does, but he's still getting the job done. I think we'll let him off the hook this time. :D

Re: June 23 minor league updates
Jordan Smith (6th rd pick) is the scheduled starter tonight for Billings. I guess that means they are converting him to a starter. I like it. I hope they do the same with Watson.
Re: June 23 minor league updates
Ward gets two groundouts and a strikeout in the 7th to extend his streak to 16 retired in a row.

Please promote this guy to Sarasota, or even Chattanooga.
Re: June 23 minor league updates
Would he be considered old for High-A or would that be his right level?

He's only 22, so that would be about right for High-A.
Denorfia is 1-for-1 with a single and two walks.
