Adding Avatars?

I want to add a picture to my profile, but have no idea where I can do this.... Help please?

Avatars are enabled once you have aquired 200 reputation points.

You're going to have to wait until you get up to ORG status. Only ORG is authorized an avatar.

Maybe there should be an avatar sticky in this forum, it seems this question comes up every week or two.

I was going to post a link to the FAQ and sticky it. But when I was looking through the FAQ, I couldn't find where it addresses the ORG status and avatars.

In fact, it probably needs a major update. It's been a few seasons since we overhauled it.
