Interesting, for SP, Santana led the way with 25 WS, Arroyo was tied for 3rd with 21 and Harang tied for 9th with 17.
I'm not sure what the definition of an ace is, but one could make an argument that for 2006, the Reds had two of them, with two pitchers in the top 12 in MLB in win shares. |

I believe a WS is supposed to be worth about 1/3 a win so by that measurement Arroyo was worth 7 wins this year, maybe more considering who would have replaced him.
