Team by team clubhouse alcohol policy

The Reds only allow beer in their home clubhouse, but allow beer and liquor in the visitor clubhouse. A couple of teams it seems allow 1 case of beer. 24 bottles of beer for a 25 man team.:) |
Re: Team by team clubhouse alcohol policy
Makes sense for them to give the visiting team more rope, since they most likely aren't going to have cars like the home team's players would.

I like the fact that each team decides it's own policy for itself, rather than MLB dictating one across the board.

That may be so but I bet he doesn't love a fight with the players' union even more. MLB dictates an alcohol policy, bam, the players' union gets involved. Best to have the individual clubs do this on their own. |
Re: Team by team clubhouse alcohol policy
The Reds have been on a drunk now for about a month.
