Would he be the first Red signed born in the 90s?

No. The Reds have several Latin born players that were born in the 90s.

I didn't know people born in the 90's could walk yet.

Does anyone know what spag bol is? Is it related to Vegemite?

Spaghetti bolognese. Definitely not related to vegemite.

Having eaten Vegemite multiple times when I lived in Sydney, I can attest to that. I will say that a Norwegian friend taught me a way to eat it and make it palatable, though--put it on a sandwich with cream cheese. The two tastes clash to such an extent that you forget what you're eating.

But that's way off topic, I guess.

Reds are also linked with a Venezuelan shortstop named Gabriel Noriega. Baker is intriguing, I'd like to see the Reds sign him.

One question: Does his curve ball break upwards? :)
OK, another question: Date of birth: 14/06/90?? How many months do they have down there? We still stop at 12. Don't we?

Outside the US, lots of people write dates like that.
