Whats the story on this guy, he did nothing last year.

BA had him as a sleeper in the '08 handbook. Supposedly he's only been playing baseball for four or five years, but has really good tools. The big difference between '07 and '08 is that he's driving the ball more when he makes contact. He's raised his extra base hit % from a mediocre .234 last season to a fairly robust .424 in '08.

IMHO, guy has a very nice arm. I really hope he keeps his offensive stats up and moves up the chain because Im really curious to see his progression.

I have a Dragons ticket package and have seen some good players come through in the last year. Only because of selfishness, I wish Frazier would have stayed a little longer.
