I have the #1 waiver spot. Lackey just got dumped. Do I get him?????

I'd go for it. He's a very good pitcher, and with the RedSox he should have a great season.

Depends on what your team needs but if your team needs some help with starting pitching I'd go ahead and claim him.

Why on earth would anyone drop Lackey? Is this a 6-team league?

No reason Lackey shouldn't be owned in leagues of 10 or more.

lol...an ace pitcher on the waiver wire. It matters not what you need, pick him up regardless. Trade him once he has 3-4 great outings if you don't "need" him. Has to be a public league, please tell me it is....
