Why did Janish and Hanigan not start today? The other 6 are the starting defense...?

Hernandez probably started just to get the extra work in due to him just now coming back from that arm problem. As for Renteria...Dusty probably just throwing him a bone. He hasn't started that many. Just a guess though. And yeah, I wouldn't read much into it either.
