Hey, chico, is it ok if we add Pete Richert (73)? In his first major league appearance with the Dodgers in 1962, he fanned the first 6 men he faced - 4 in one inning - to tie 3 ML records. In his career he recorded ERAs of 2.60 or less 5 times; in 1970 with Baltimore he was 7-2 with 13 saves and an ERA of 1.96.
