Sulbaran #12 on BA's Prospect Hot Sheet

Would really like to see him turn it on this year. Reds could have four top prospects in the AA rotation by the All-Star Break.

I think he was referring to the fact that Wirfin Obispo will probably be in the rotation by the ASB. :D
