Wrong Way Parker
 

Check this out. Kent St. is punting to Towson. Towson receiver muffs the punt and a LB for Kent St. recovers and starts going the wrong way. But everyone was just as confused as he was as Towson guys tried to tackle him and his teammates blocked for him. Eventually a Towson player knocked him out of bounds. :laugh:

IMO, the Towson players' stupidity is more galling because there were multiple individuals involved. :laugh:

one of the overall dumbest plays i've ever seen LMAO. The punt returner did a horrible job trying to get out of the way of the ball, obviously the Kent player running the wrong way and the Towson players trying to tackle him. May go down as the dumbest play of all time

And after all that it doesn't even matter. You can't advance a muffed punt...even backwards.

Yep, even the refs messed up, they were running with the guy and not blowing the play dead.

They should have spotted the ball where he picked it up. The play was dead at that point.
