Personally, I'm waiting for the first hitter to graduate from 3rd person to the Royal "We" when discussing their situation. "We just don't feel comfortable with our swing, but we're confident that seeing some more pitching will help us."
I could deal with "he." Detached self-awareness has got to be good for hitting.
