Don't look at what he allegedly "did." Look at what he plead guilty to. Third degree felony... hard to tell exactly how that equates to Ohio's statutes, but a 3rd degree felony for a first time offender in Southwest Ohio, I'd say it's 75/25 that you'd do at least 6 months in jail, 50/50 that you'd do a year in prison. The key factor being what judge you "draw."
