Most defenses recently haven't had a difficult time stopping the Bengals.
A huge reason for the disappointing season thus far is that teams no longer feel pressured by the Bengals offense. There isn't the fear that getting off to a sluggish start could find a team down by 10-14 points in a hurry on a few quick strikes by the Bengals. This is leading to more controlled play by opposing offenses, ball control, and a lack of turnover-opportunities for the Bengals defense.
My objective, non homer viewpoint: I think the Bengals could get blown out of Indy, and I see only a moderate shot of them keeping it close.
