Completely agreed. I'm not a big fan of roto at all. Points based is the way to go.

I once played in an 11x11 league and it was a nightmare. I couldn't even begin to imagine 13x13.

As for sites to play at Yahoo is the only free one I can think of although I'm sure there are others. If you don't mind spending a little bit then Sandbox.com has a decent setup. Not sure if they are still in business as I haven't played there in a couple years though.
