Well, from a ERA perspective but not for a h/9 or k/9 which are important stats IMO. Though Andrew Miller, a level below Pelland hasn't started off any better though. So maybe he will finally blow up and along with Bailey, they will embrace the Reds rotation next year. But not looking good right now from Pelland's pov.
