It's extremely easy. If I had a way to easily get a list of thousands of valid emails, I could do it in about 5 minutes.
Remember when someone stuffed the ballot box for one of the AL shortstops (I think it was Garcippara?) They gave him at least 100k votes. Baseball ended up discarding them, but I wonder if they'd look the other way in this case.
Of course, Bud could've just told them to make sure Bonds ended up third.. Heck, for all we know, they could've fudged Bonds several thousand votes every week.
