My wife's a pharmacist if that helps any.

I don't know of another profession requiring an advanced degree like that where you work 40 hours/week (though they may be wierd hours) and get overtime if you work more. Crazy. Not to mention you can pretty much go anywhere in the country and not have to worry about finding a job.
