My predictions:
Ratings that are "down from last year".
Proclamations that baseball needs to do something to attract fans.
Complaints about the length of the season forcing the World Series to be played in temperatures in the 40s.
An All-Chicago World Series, with the workmanlike Southsiders upsetting the pretty boys from Wrigleyville.
