All are young guys who saw playing time in 2008. Dickerson and Hanigan will most likely be on the opening day roster. Masset and Ramirez both made very good cases late in the year. Thompson and Bailey both have high upsides. Castillo can play a lot of positions. It will be interesting to see what the Reds do with that mass of players.
I agree with your assessments, only I'd add Roenicke to the list of locks for the Opening Day roster. I believe there's really only room for one (or maybe two) between the trio of Janish, Richar, and Rosales. Rosales is the worst fielder of the three, but arguably has the most upside with the stick.
