I learned how to tell "left" from "right" when I was young from knowing LF and RF.
My most powerful early memory was how green the grass was at Crosley Field (under the lights) and the first time I ever saw the legendary Willie Mays live and in person. It was probably 1968 or 1969. My dad and grandpa were huge Willie Mays fans back in the day.
