Manuel reminds me of a David Weathers type. Average fastball velocity with good movement and a solid slider.
Roenicke has a big arm and his control has improved a lot this season. He's ready for the majors now, IMO.
Viola has the stuff to be a dominant lefty out of the pen. I've seen him pitch a couple times on TV during ST and I was wowed by his stuff. His control will determine whether he's a dominant bullpen arm or merely a solid one.

And Homer slides into the rotation, that is a third of our big league pitchers promoted in one season (if you count Bailey). With Stubbs and possibly others inserted into the lineup and we will have a
huge infusion of youth next season.
