I'll give the kid the benefit of the doubt.

He strides beautifully, and accelerates quickly for his size, so given the long stride and coming up to full speed quickly, a 4.33 is feasible.

My question would be the timing mechanism. Did they start the clock when he moved, or did the clock start and then he moved? I've seen 40s timed both ways. Different timing methods could be the difference between 4.33 and 4.4, IMO.
