I was totally surprised by:
Rojas...I did not think he would ever hit.
Klinker (did not see him as a starter prospect), Del Rosario (did not see solid ground ball tendency, good middle relief prospect), and Ondrusek (I saw him as filler)
Sappelt and Oliveras (did not see them as serious outfield prospects)

I would for sure attribute much of Valaika's lack of success due to injury.
