I'm with you on Serrano. The guy is unstoppable at this point. Amazing college career and dominating first year with low walks and high strikeouts. He definitely should be top 20.
I guess the biggest concern is that he starts next year at age 24 with no experience above Dayton. Of course he has the stuff and control that he could move quickly. Still, a lot of pitchers his age have thrown 150 innings in AA by this point.
